By engaging DHUG Interiors for design services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
DHUG Interiors provides interior design, space planning, material procurement, project management, and related services for residential and commercial clients. The scope of each project is defined in a separate written agreement or quotation document issued to the client.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are subject to site verification and may be revised following a detailed site survey. Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Timelines provided at project inception are estimates based on scope, site conditions, and material lead times at the time of planning. DHUG Interiors will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly. Delays caused by client decision changes, site access restrictions, or unforeseen site conditions are not the responsibility of DHUG Interiors.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site measurements and access, timely approval of design proposals and material selections, and payment as per the agreed schedule. Delays in client approvals may affect the project timeline.
DHUG Interiors provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all installed work. This warranty covers defects in installation quality and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or damage caused by third parties. Hardware and product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms.
All design drawings, 3D visualisations, and creative concepts produced by DHUG Interiors remain the intellectual property of DHUG Interiors until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, the client receives a licence to use the designs for the agreed project only.
DHUG Interiors' liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project. DHUG Interiors is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala.
DHUG Interiors reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
