Retail design is fundamentally about storytelling — guiding a customer from the moment they enter to the moment they purchase. For this textile brand, the entry zone needed to communicate premium quality immediately, while the deeper sections required clear navigation and easy browsing.
The facade was redesigned with backlit panel signage and a double-height glass entrance that dramatically improves visibility from the street. Inside, a polished concrete floor with inlaid brass grid lines runs the full depth, creating a runway effect that pulls visitors into the space.
Display fixtures in powder-coated matte black allow flexible reconfiguration for seasonal collections. A feature wall at the rear, clad in vertically grooved timber panels, becomes the backdrop for hero product displays and a small 'new arrivals' zone. Track lighting with dimmable warm-white LEDs ensures merchandise colour fidelity.
