First homes carry an emotional weight that most other projects do not. This couple had been planning their home for three years, and they came to us with a detailed vision board and a list of practical requirements. Our job was to make their vision real without overcomplicating it.
We selected a warm, timeless colour palette — cream walls, light oak-toned veneers, and dark charcoal accents — and maintained it consistently across all rooms. The living area features a plaster-finish feature wall with a recessed TV niche and flanking display units.
The modular kitchen in deep teal lower cabinets with white uppers and white quartz countertops became the home's signature. Three fully fitted wardrobes, a false ceiling with cove lighting in every room, and a bathroom upgrade with body-spray shower, frameless glass, and Italian tiles rounded out the project.
